CAD Design Services

JVC Precision’s Design team is a valuable support system throughout the many phases of production. They help our clients visualize and create a design concept through 3D CAD Software, then collaborate with our partners to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined before moving to production.

CNC Laser Cutting

JVC Precision's skilled laser operators achieve higher quality, lower cost parts, which translates into more competitive price points for our partners. This is achieved using our state of the art Mitsubishi EX Series CNC Lasers.

Laser cutting capabilities:

• Mild Steel: Up to 1.000” thick

• Stainless Steel: Up to 0.500” thick

• Aluminum: Up to 0.375” thick
   

CNC Bending & Forming

Our highly skilled Press Brake Operators represent many years of industry experience manipulating all types of materials. Our Amada CNC press brakes give us the ability to fabricate to the tightest of tolerances, creating quality products for our partners.
 

Welding & Assembling

We are very fortunate to have built up an incredible team of highly skilled metal craftsmen. Our CWB certified welding team members make it their personal business to ensure that each and every product going out our door is something we can all be proud of.
