Elements Yoga Therapy Inc. I use Yoga (breathing, movement, and stillness) combined with principles of kinesiology and biomechanics to meet the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a large group classes. I focus on functional yoga to promote healing, recovery and injury prevention. Private sessions and small groups ensure you get focused attention to help you take baby steps towards moving and feeling better. Build stability, confidence, and ease.
